---1.Question: What's the material of the black blade?

Answer:They areall made out of high quality zirconia powderfrom raw materials zirconium sand coming from Western Australia.

---2.Question: What is the difference between black blade and white blade?

Answer:Black blade knife has one more procedurethan the white one, which is carbonized under high temperature after the blade has been shaped up and grinded. So normally black ones are more expensive than the white ones.

---3.Question: Why does it break or clip?

Answer:The tip of the blade however is most sensitive to damage due to its structure and care must be used when handling.So Please note: Not for chopping bone, prying, striking.

Kindly reminder:

No pry, flexing, violent chopping or boning.

Avoid Cutting Frozen Food, Hard Material or on the surface of marbles, glass and steel board.

Wash the knife after each single use, preferably by hand with a mild detergent and do not wash it in the dishwasher.
